Honorable Norman Mizuguchi
President of the Senate
Twentieth State Legislature
Regular Session of 1999
State of Hawaii

Sir:

Your Committee on Ways and Means, to which was referred
S.C.R. No. 117 entitled:

"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF
LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF
CONSTRUCTING A BOAT RAMP FOR USE BY RECREATIONAL USERS AT
     CAPE KUMUKAHI/KAPOHO BAY,"
