Sir:

     Your Committee on Consumer Protection and Commerce, to which
was referred H.C.R. No. 201 entitled: 

     "HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTS THE GOVERNOR TO
     PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE, AND STIMULATE PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION
     BUSINESSES ENGAGED IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY,"

begs leave to report as follows:

     The purpose of this concurrent resolution is to promote,
encourage, and stimulate private transportation businesses and
related businesses engaged in the tourism industry by requesting
the Governor to abide by the policies as specified in the
measure.

     Testimony in support of this concurrent resolution was
submitted by E Noa Corporation and Charley's Taxi & Limousine.

     As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your
Committee on Consumer Protection and Commerce that is attached to
this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose
