Regular Session of 1999
State of Hawaii

Sir:

1361, H.D. 1, entitled:

     "A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO CHARTER TOUR OPERATORS,"

begs leave to report as follows:

     (1)  Licensure;

     (2) Evidence of financial ability to perform contractual

the failure of these businesses.

     The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and Boyd
Gaming Corporation testified in support of this measure.

     Your Committee has amended this measure by making technical,
nonsubstantive amendments for purposes of style and clarity.
