RELATING TO PUBLIC WORKS. Requires that, for public works projects that are not directly caused by a governmental contracting agency, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations be the responsible agency for ensuring compliance with the State's prevailing wage law. Requires the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds for these projects to be promptly reported to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. (HB861 HD1 SD1)
