RELATING TO THE HAWAII EMPLOYER-UNION HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST FUND. Eliminates confusion or misinterpretations regarding which "beneficiaries" of an employee killed in the performance of duty or of a deceased retiree are eligible to become EUTF employee-beneficiaries, provides for non-discrimination to its beneficiaries, awarding of contracts to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder or offeror; protection to the EUTF beneficiaries from breaches of fiduciary duties and (HB1290 HD1 SD1)
