RELATING TO CHILD ENDANGERMENT.

Establishes a motor vehicle violation that prohibits leaving a child unsupervised in a motor vehicle.  Requires the examiner of drivers to test driver's license applicants for knowledge of this offense.  (HB356 HD2)

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS.

Allows for the immediate removal of a motor vehicle from the scene of an accident where no serious, substantial, or bodily injury has occurred.  (HB362 HD1)
