Allows endodontists, oral surgeons, and periodontists throughout the state and dentists who reside on an island with a population under 500,000 to claim an exemption from jury service. (SD1)

Requires minors who commit graffiti to remove their graffiti from the affected property and to perform community service to remove graffiti from other properties.  Creates a new penalty for property damage that involves graffiti by requiring the defendant to remove their graffiti from the affected property and to perform community service to remove graffiti from other properties. RELATING TO COUNTY ETHICS COMMISSIONS.

Provides standards for the selection of county ethics commission members to ensure their impartiality and independence.  (SD1)

RELATING TO LEGISLATIVE VACANCIES.

Requires the governor, in filling vacancies in the state senate, state house of representatives, and United States Senate, to select from a list of three prospective appointees nominated by the political party of the prior incumbent; requires prospective appointees to be registered members of nominating political parties at the time of submission of their names to the governor; effective on approval.
