RELATING TO FIREARMS.

Permits owner of a pistol to use any ammunition magazine authorized for use with the pistol by the manufacturer of the pistol.  Repeals the prohibition on magazines with a capacity in excess of ten rounds.

RELATING TO THE HAWAII RULES OF EVIDENCE.

Allows individuals, corporations, and government entities to offer apologies or other expressions of sympathy without fear of such gestures being used against them to establish civil liability.
