RELATING TO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. Requires quarterly reports that disclose the average wholesale price, wholesale acquisition cost, average manufacturer price, and best price for each of the manufacturer's drugs from manufacturers of certain prescription drugs dispensed in this State.
