Establishes the Antara medical trust fund and provides an income tax credit for contributions to the Antara medical trust fund.  (SD1)

RELATING TO HISTORICAL PRESERVATION.

Establishes Honouliuli Internment Camp Memorial.  Requires department of land and natural resources to submit plan to Legislature.  Appropriates funds.
