REQUESTING HAWAII'S CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION TO INTRODUCE AND SUPPORT FEDERAL LEGISLATION TO ADDRESS CONCERNS REGARDING THE INSPECTION OF PLANTS AND PRODUCTS FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO PREVENT INVASIVE SPECIES FROM ENTERING THE STATE.

RELATING TO ENERGY.

Adds biofuel processing facilities to the list of permitted uses in an agricultural district.  Establishes an energy feedstock program to develop a baseline percentage of energy feedstock to be grown in the State.  (SB1943 HD1)
