Provides that a plaintiff in an antitrust case against a producer or refiner of petroleum products, in order to survive a dispositive pretrial motion, is not required to present evidence that tends to exclude the possibility that the alleged conspirators acted independently. |

RELATING TO OFFENSES AGAINST PROPERTY RIGHTS. Amends offense of use of a computer in the commission of a separate crime by including use of a computer to obtain control over the property of the victim or to facilitate commission of the offense of theft in the first or second degrees. |

RELATING TO ONLINE PROPERTY OFFENSES. Prohibits online sale of stolen property, online theft by deception, and electronic fencing. Makes the offenses a class C felony for amounts in excess of $300 and a misdemeanor for amounts less than $300. |
