MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR ACQUISITION OF WAIMEA VALLEY, OAHU.

Emergency appropriation ($1,600,000) for FY 2005-2006 to assist in the purchase and preservation of Waimea Valley, Oahu.
