RELATING TO INCOME TAX CREDIT. Proposed SD 1 provides for a tax credit to provide some relief to the victims of the 2004 Manoa Flood and the 2006 Windward Oahu Flood. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
