MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES DIVISION. Emergency appropriation to continue the Developmental Disabilities Division's efforts to meet state approved target numbers under the current Medicaid Home & Community Based Service Waiver Program (HCBS Waiver Program), to reasonably admit individuals to fulfill obligations. |
