*Per Act 147, Session Laws of Hawaii, 2005, the Commission on the Status of Women was transferred from the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to the Department of Human Services.
**Per Act 196, Session Laws of Hawaii, 2005, establishes the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Administration and is administratively attached to the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism. Section 41 of Act 196 transfers Broadened Homesite Ownership and Private Housing Development and Ownership, and portions from Housing Finance, and Rental Housing Trust Fund and HCDCH Administration from the Department of Human Services to the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism on July 1, 2006.
