RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION.

Extends the time allowed to acquire the lands designated as part of the South Kona wilderness area on the island of Hawaii from 12/31/06 to 12/31/07.

RELATING TO BURIAL SITES.

Requires the department of land and natural resources to map burial sites that are inadvertently discovered using a global positioning system device and record the location of the burial site and the site to which the remains are reinterred, if any.
