RELATING TO VOLUNTARY EMPLOYEES' BENEFICIARY ASSOCIATION TRUSTS. Excludes retirees from participation in the pilot program for VEBA trusts. Requires any retiree who has become a participant in a VEBA trust to be restored to membership in the EUTF on or before October 1, 2006. |

RELATING TO WAGES AND OTHER COMPENSATION. Requires private employers who provide pension plans to their employees to allow an employee who has vested to receive pension payments upon becoming disabled, regardless of age. Applies to new employees hired after the effective date of the Act. |

RELATING TO PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY OF LIGHT DUTY WORK TO INJURED EMPLOYEES. Requires an employer of an injured employee who is cleared to return to light or reduced duty work to provide that level of work to the injured employee. |
