RELATING TO THE EMPLOYER-UNION HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST FUND. Allows a retiree who moves outside of the coverage of the EUTF to be reimbursed for the lesser of an amount equal to contributions for a retiree under the EUTF or the amount of the personal health insurance policy. |

RELATING TO THE HAWAII EMPLOYER-UNION HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST FUND. Permits the EUTF to require individuals who become eligible for Medicare Part B reimbursements on or after 7/01-06 to accept direct deposit of the reimbursements to an institution of their choice. |

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
