FINAL REPORT OF THE APPELLATE REVIEW TASK FORCE
The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss the final Report of the Appellate Review Task Force. Associate Justice Paula Nakayama and Associate Judge Daniel Foley, Co-Chairs of the task force and Hawai`i Supreme Court Staff Attorney James Branham are scheduled to appear before the Committees.
NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
