FINAL REPORT OF THE HAWAI`I JUDICIAL COUNCIL’S COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF THE HAWAI`I PENAL CODE
The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss the final Report of the Committee to Conduct Comprehensive Review of the Hawai`i Penal Code. Judge Steven S. Alm, Chair of the Penal Code Review Committee and Judge Marcia J. Waldorf are scheduled to appear before the Committees.
NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
