URGING THE UNITED STATES TRADE REPRESENTATIVE TO PURSUE THE INSERTION OF AN INTERPRETIVE NOTE IN THE UNITED STATES-AUSTRALIA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT TO CLARIFY THAT MEDICAID AND PHARMACEUTICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS UNDER THE MEDICARE MODERNIZATION ACT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENT.
