HB 1935	RELATING TO PLANNED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS. Gives prospective purchaser of property in a planned community right to receive and review association declaration and association documents. Gives prospective purchaser right to cancel sales contract, without cause, within 15 days after receipt of declaration and documents.	CPC/JUD
HB 2316	RELATING TO MORTGAGE BROKERS. Replaces existing provisions regulating mortgage brokers & solicitors with provisions that provides for more specialized regulation of residential mortgage brokers by the Division of Financial Institutions rather than the Professional & Vocational Licensing Division. HB 2453	RELATING TO CREDIT CARDS. Prohibits financial institutions doing business in the State from issuing pre-approved applications for credit cards and other financial products to consumers as a marketing ploy.	CPC/JUD
HB 2901	RELATING TO GARNISHMENT. Repeals the law requiring a creditor collecting money under a garnishment process to furnish duplicate receipts to the garnishee.	CPC/JUD
HB 2973	RELATING TO MONEY TRANSMITTERS. Regulates money transmitters.	CPC/JUD
HB 2336	RELATING TO INVESTIGATIVE ACCESS FOR UNLICENSED ACTIVITY. Allows the investigators of DCCA access to the commercial, public, or residential premises of any business or work site to investigate unlicensed activity.	CPC/JUD
HB 2434	RELATING TO INSURANCE. Requires insurers to provide applicants for annuity contracts with a buyer's guide and disclosure document.	CPC/JUD
HB 2580	RELATING TO TITLE INSURERS. Requires a title insurer to notify a homeowners' association when real property sold is found to be a part of the association. Requires the title insurer to collect and remit the transfer fee to the association and provide a copy of the conveyance document to the association.	CPC/JUD
