The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss State Auditor's Report No. 04-02, "Management Audit of the Public Utilities Commission and the Division of Consumer Advocacy." The informational briefing will be limited to the section of the Report that applies to the Public Utilities Commission.

State Auditor Marion Higa will give a presentation on the Management Audit of the Public Utilities Commission. Carlito Caliboso, Chairman and Brooke Nagaji, Administrative Director of the Public Utilities Commission will respond to the Auditor's report.
