MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE WAIAHOLE WATER SYSTEM. Makes an appropriation for the agribusiness development corporation to make improvements to the Waiahole Water System. |

RELATING TO PUBLIC LAND LEASES. Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to extend an agricultural lessee's lease to amortize the lessee-financed improvements made to the land and to allow lessee additional time to make productive use of the land when productivity was negatively affected by special circumstances. |
