MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AGRICULTURAL WATER DEVELOPMENT.

Appropriates $45,000,000 for agricultural water development; restricts $5,000,000 for federal aid financing or reimbursement.

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE WAIAHOLE WATER SYSTEM.

Makes an appropriation for the agribusiness development corporation to make improvements to the Waiahole Water System.

SB 2242

RELATING TO PUBLIC LAND LEASES.

Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to extend an agricultural lessee's lease to amortize the lessee-financed improvements made to the land and to allow lessee additional time to make productive use of the land when productivity was negatively affected by special circumstances.
