RELATING TO CHILD CARE.

Exempts from child care licensing and registration statutes and rules persons who care for two or fewer children unrelated to the caregiver by blood, marriage, or adoption. Authorizes the department to investigate possible violations of the child care law. Allows the department to obtain an inspection warrant from district court.

RELATING TO HIV TESTING FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES.

Allows for court order to provide for HIV testing of those charged with sexual assault, child abuse, and incest. Mandates HIV testing of those convicted of sexual assault, child abuse, and incest. (HB1901 HD1)
