Prohibits the disclosure of communications to a crime stoppers organization, except by in camera inspection by a court where exculpatory to the defendant. Deems communications confidential and privileged. Provides for the repayment of rewards by defendants. (SD1)

Deletes reference to the Offfice of Child Support Hearings as an entity having the ability to order direct payments.
