Creates a task force to transfer jurisdiction over state parks from DLNR to the counties.

RELATING TO COMMUNITY-BASED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Appropriates funds for the Community-Based Economic Development Program of the department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.
