The purpose of the joint informational briefing is to discuss the Follow-up Review of the State’s Efforts to Comply with the Felix Consent Decree by the State Auditor. Ms. Marion M. Higa, State Auditor is requested to appear before the Committees. In addition, the State Departments of the Attorney General, Education, Health, and Human Services is requested to participate.
