§846-11  Coordination with department of public safety.  [Section effective until December 31, 2023.  For section effective January 1, 2024, see below.]  The data center shall coordinate its activities with the records system of the intake service centers of the department of public safety.  Criminal history record information shall be provided from this office to the data center and the functions of each shall be coordinated so that there will be no overlap, or duplication of efforts.
