[§342I-33]  Enforcement.  [Section effective until June 30, 2015.  For section effective July 1, 2015, see below.]  The department of health shall enforce this part.  Authorized employees of the department may issue warnings, citations, or administrative orders, or commence civil action in circuit court against persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this part.
