  Additional fee (repealed July 1, 2014).  Upon issuance of new license or at license renewal period, each nurse shall pay an additional fee of $40 which shall be deposited to the compliance resolution fund established under §26-9(o) for quarterly credit to the center for nursing special fund.  L 2003, c 198, §§3, 6, and 10; L 2008, c 173, §2.

  Administrative rules.  Title 16, chapter 89C, Hawaii Administrative Rules, shall be repealed upon the state board of nursing's adoption of rules relating to advanced practice registered nurse prescriptive authority; provided that section 16-89C-10, Hawaii Administrative Rules, relating to collegial working relationship and all other references to collegial working relationship in title 16, chapter 89C, Hawaii Administrative Rules, shall be repealed upon the effective date of this Act [April 24, 2010].  L 2010, c 57, §7.
