[§304A-2690]  Construction projects.  [Section repealed on July 1, 2012.  L 2010, c 82, §8.]  In the solicitation for bids for construction projects with a total estimated contract value of $1,000,000 or higher, the university shall require each bidder to submit a listing of the bidder's subcontractors who are to perform work with a value that exceeds five per cent of the total bid amount submitted by the bidder.
