[§454F-16]  Mortgage call reports.  Each licensed mortgage originator shall submit to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System reports of condition, using the form entitled "REPORT OF CONDITION", which shall be in such form and contain such information as the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System may require.
