§327-12  Transitional provisions.  This chapter shall apply to a document of gift, revocation, or refusal to make an anatomical gift signed by the donor or a person authorized to make or object to making an anatomical gift before, on, or after June 13, 1988. [L 1988, c 267, pt of §1]
