[§201G-91] Gifts, etc., to counties from corporation. [Section effective until June 30, 2006. For section effective July 1, 2006, see below.] The corporation may make and pay gifts, or donations, of money directly to any county. Any county may receive the gifts or donations as a general fund realization, and expend the same for any purpose authorized by law. [L 1997, c 350, pt of §2]
