A. Federal Low Income Housing

§201G-31 Definitions. [Section effective until June 30, 2006. For section effective July 1, 2006, see below.] The following terms, wherever used or referred to in this subpart shall have the following respective meanings, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:

"Public housing project" or "complex" means a housing project directly controlled, owned, developed, or managed by the corporation pursuant to part II, except for subparts F and G. [L 1997, c 350, pt of §2; am L 2005, c 120, §§3, 27]
