§664-25 Appeal. [Section effective until June 30, 2006. For section effective July 1, 2006, see below.] Any party aggrieved by the decree of the court may appeal therefrom to the supreme court subject to chapter 602, in the manner and within the time provided by chapter 602 and by the rules of court.
