§486J-8 Sharing of information obtained by the commissioner. The commissioner shall make all information obtained by the commissioner under this chapter, including confidential information, available to the attorney general, the department of taxation, the public utilities commission, the consumer advocate, and the authorized representative of each, who shall safeguard the confidentiality of all confidential information received.
