§467B-10 Penalties. [Section effective until June 30, 2005. For section effective July 1, 2005, see below.] Any person who intentionally or knowingly violates this chapter, or who intentionally or knowingly gives false or incorrect information to the director in filing statements or reports required by this chapter, whether the reports or statements are verified or not, shall for the first offense be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both; and for the second and any subsequent offense, be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both. (1) For the first offense be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both; and
