HRS 0453-0004 ANNOTATIONS

L 2004, c 205, §3 provides:

"SECTION 3. The Board of Medical Examiners shall periodically review the provisions of section 453-4(b), Hawaii Revised Statutes."

"June 26, 1990" substituted for "the effective date of this Act."
