Opening or relocating automatic teller machine or support facility. A Hawaii financial institution which opens or relocates an automatic teller machine or support facility shall within thirty days thereafter submit a letter to the commissioner containing the following information:(1) The location of the automatic teller machine or support facility;
(2) A description of the type of functions which the automatic teller machine or support facility will perform; and
(3) The date or anticipated date of opening or relocation. [L 1993, c 350, pt of §1]
