§412:3-103 Amendments to articles and bylaws. Upon the adoption of any amendment to the articles of incorporation or association or to the bylaws of a Hawaii financial institution, the secretary or other authorized officer of the financial institution shall file a copy of the amendment to the articles or bylaws with the commissioner, certifying that the copy is true and correct, the date the amendment was adopted, and that the amendment was duly adopted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the articles and bylaws.
