§286-241 Notification of suspension, revocation, or cancellation of commercial driver's licenses or permits

For section effective September 30, 2005, see below.] After suspending, revoking, or canceling a commercial driver's license or permit, the records of the examiner of drivers shall be updated to reflect that action within ten days. After suspending, revoking, or canceling a nonresident commercial driver's license or permit, the examiner of drivers shall notify the licensing authority of the state which issued the commercial driver's license within ten days. Any disqualification imposed in accordance with section 286-240(j) and transmitted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration shall become a part of the driving record.
