[§607-5.5] Intermediate appellate court costs. Upon the institution of any proceeding in the courts of appeal, there shall be paid to the clerk of the supreme court by the person instituting the proceeding, as costs of court, such sum as is specified in section 607-6, provided that the filing fee for any proceeding to be heard by the courts of appeal shall be payable only once upon the initial filing of the proceeding.
