HRS 0557A- ANNOTATIONS

L 2000, c 191, §4 provides:

"SECTION 4. This Act [enacting chapter 557A, amending §554A-3, and repealing chapter 557] applies to every trust or decedent's estate as of the beginning of an accounting period of the trust or estate following the effective date of this Act [July 1, 2000], except as otherwise expressly provided in the will, terms of the trust, or in this Act."
