HRS 0486-0120_0006 ANNOTATIONS

L 2002, c 258, §2 provides:

"SECTION 2. Manufacturers, roasters, and other persons having existing supplies of labels that are not in compliance with this Act shall have one year from the effective date of this Act [July 5, 2002] in which to use them."
