§440-6 Seal and rules. The boxing commission shall adopt a seal and may make, amend, and repeal rules as it considers necessary or expedient for the conduct of its business and the regulation of the matters herein committed to its charge. The rules when prescribed in conformity with chapter 91 have the force and effect of law.
