§431:14-105 Policy revisions which alter coverage. All policy revisions which alter coverage in any manner shall be filed with the commissioner. After review by the commissioner, the commissioner shall determine whether a rate filing for the policy revision must be submitted in accordance with section 431:14-104. [L 1987, c 349, §9]
