[§304-117] Medical education program. (a) There is created a graduate medical education program to be administered by the medical education council in cooperation with the department of health.

(b) The program shall be funded with moneys received for graduate medical education and deposited into the medical education special fund established under section 304-121.

(d) Program moneys shall only be expended if:

(1) Approved by the council; and

(2) Used for graduate medical education in accordance with sections 304-119 and 304-120. [L 2003, c 181, pt of §1]
